Precision Stonework Across Spaces
Delivered in 2021, Commercial Stone was proud to provide a full shell and core fit-out service for One & Five Bank Street—two of Canary Wharf’s most prestigious commercial developments.
Working across multiple phases, our team undertook the design, supply, and installation of architectural finishes throughout the ground floor entrances, lift lobbies, and shared tenant spaces for occupiers 1 and 2. This included bespoke reception desks, refreshment points, and an extensive stonework package tailored to reflect the building’s premium aesthetic and high-traffic functionality.
As part of the wider scope, we installed all internal stone flooring and wall cladding across key architectural features of both buildings. Among the most notable were the expansive atriums on levels 4 and 8, and the external terrace on level 4—each requiring a precise, design-led approach that balanced durability with visual impact.
