What we did
Vertus’ 10 George Street otherwise known as Building E1/E2 is an award-winning Build to Rent tower in the ever-growing regeneration project Wood Wharf. The mixed use building consists of homes and retail units providing a wealth of service to the community.
Installation is a Rainscreen Cladding System spanning Building E1 North & West Elevations and Building E2 North, South & East Elevations including firebreaks, insulation, bracketry, fixings and SFS backing wall system.
The Rainscreen system comprises of an SFS backing wall system with insulation and sheathing boards and façade system including metal sheeting, insulation, EPDM, firebreaks with specified ratings with Jura Limestone.
Giallo Santa Cecilla Granite plinths have also been installed to all elevations
Works included lining, levelling and alignment from setting out and geometric control using the primary control established on each floor.
